Notification channels#
LumenFlow can notify you through multiple channels:

| In-app | Bell icon in the dashboard header |
| Daily digests or real-time alerts | |
| Slack | Post to a channel when events occur |
Configurable alerts#
- Approval required — a proposal needs your sign-off
- Approval resolved — a proposal you're watching was approved or rejected
- Agent stalled — a session has gone quiet and needs a look
- Reply received — a channel you're watching got a reply
- Routine completed / failed — a scheduled routine finished or errored
- Delegated work attention — delegated work needs your input
Setting up notifications#
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Choose a channel for each event type
- Set frequency (real-time or daily digest)
