Where billing is headed#
LumenFlow's usage-based pricing model funds managed AI usage from a per-workspace inference wallet of prepaid credits, with governed work carrying a small governance fee on top. If you bring your own provider key (BYOK), that usage is billed by your provider and skips the managed-inference wallet. This model is rolling out — see Plans & Pricing for what's live on your workspace today.
Managing your wallet#
- Top up — add credits to a workspace. There is a small minimum top-up, and credits are valid for twelve months.
- Check your balance — the workspace billing surface shows current credit and recent usage.
- Set limits — budgets and alerts let you cap spend and get warned before you hit it. See Budgets & Alerts.
When credits run low#
If a workspace's wallet is empty, managed AI usage — including Sidekick chat that relies on managed inference — pauses until you top up. Work that doesn't need managed inference is unaffected, and topping up resumes it immediately.
